Help a damsel in distress - hehe Hi people. Playing around with this EDGE LOOP stuff. Lots of fun I must say but I have a question.
In edge loop help info using CONTROL KEY it states that
“depending on the settings of the inner regroup and outer regroup buttons”
so where are they???

I think the last version of ZBrush those buttons were in was version 3. I think they were done away with in version 3.1. You must be following a really old tutorial. I forget exactly what they did, but I think it was basically what Polygroup color was assigned to the newly created edgeloops. If the new edgeloop took on the same color of the surrounding polygons or not. Now, you would just ‘Group Visible’ on the polygons that aren’t hidden to make them one Polygroup.
Yes, as zber2 says (thanks zber2 
), the text for the pop-up is out of date. All those buttons did was control the way new polygroups were created; now the new polygroups are created automatically.
Looks like some updating needs to be done by ZB people in regards to help files and their wiki etc.
