(Sorry Pixolator, for doing a Photoshop tute on the Zbrush forum.) 
I export the Texture master texture to Photshop.
I use this as a guide and on another layer, use the path tool to trace the lines which I then stroke. Get rid of the original texture, you’ll be using the Photoshop texture now.
Copy the stroked lines to another layer and blur this until the edges soften. Combine this with the other layer so you have a crisp line combined with a blurred line. This will give the bump map a smooth transition.
This is then reapplied back in Zbrush to your model as a texture, NOT an alphamask. The material’s colour bump is increased and the line texture will become a colour bump map. That’s all.

Yep, the head was modelled in Zbrush using Zspheres, no Poser models used.
