HELLO ZBRUSH USERS some questions

OK SO I HAVE BEEN USING Z BRUSH FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW and want to do a couple things
I can only learn so much off youtube tutorials and most of them are fast forwarded so they don’t explain much

1. this may sound stupid but /HOW DO YOU CREATE A DEMO REEL? what software and how?

2a. when finished with the work what do you do to make it into a production render?or better question whats next
when you’re done with your modeling

2. WHAT BRUSHES WOULD YOU SAY YOU USE THE MOST including alphas when modeling?or whats the most useful brush and alpha to use

3. how do I upload z-brush works on here? it wont read my .ztl files

4. when you model is it good to use DYNA-MESH with DIVIDE together or no?

I could use some tips and advice thank you much

   Depends on the reel you need to make. If you’re showing off models/sculpts then Zbrush can do everything you need. Most people prefer to use video editing software as well (Premier, After Effects, etc). If you’re showing off real-time character models then you’ll want to use a game engine of some sort (UDK, Crytek, Unity, etc). Animation, same thing goes. It really all comes down to what it is you’re trying to show.

I personally use Modo when rendering, but Keyshot is starting to get some tractions. Other people prefer Max or Maya. Others do everything in Zbrush. Learn about basic lighting and rendering techniques. Software doesn’t really matter as they all basically do the same stuff.

   Clay Tubes with default alpha, z int at default for major forms. Z int at 3-10 for polish. and the move brush.

3. how do I upload z-brush works on here? it wont read my .ztl files
   You don’t. You can use dropbox or any other cloud service to show off .ztl files if you want. But you want to upload images to ZBC.

4. when you model is it good to use DYNA-MESH with DIVIDE together or no?
   You don’t really need to use dynamesh with subD levels. Dynamesh is for getting your forms, subD levels are for detailing your forms. Once you have the forms you need then there is no reason to keep dynamesh turned on.
