So,
I don´t know exactly how many hours I´ve lost in this model. But, I think, about a month, maybe more.
I did not used a specific tutorial , but I saw some tutorials here: http://pixologic.com/zclassroom/homeroom/#digital-sculpting
some like Topology, Noisemaker, Transpose and zRemesher.
I also used references of Hellboy and anatomy.
