Hi I finally started doing my first head sculpt in zbrush.
Still very new to the anatomy.
PLz give me some feedback on what is wrong.
is it better to learn the skull first, probably yes.

It’s a little discouraging that you’re not getting any feedback from at least one of the many talented folks on here. Either way, I too am also learning but from what I’m seeing in the picture, you’re making very good progress. Keep it going and further define the face. The way this is done makes me think it’s without a reference, and if that is the case then that’s impressive as a start!
One thing that jumps out at me the most is the eyes, they look swollen. When someone’s eyes are closed, you can barely make out the bottom lid, the upper lid is the most visible of the two. My anatomy isn’t perfect but hopefully you can use this as a base and further expand on it. I didn’t want to change your concept so it looks similar. The edit is on the left.
