I recently imported a base mesh into ZBrush (which has slightly less than 1 million polygons), activated HD Geometry, and increased the HD resolution to about 9 million polygons, then sculpted some fine detail. When I try to export a displacement or normal map, so I can use this detail in external applications, the displacement and normal maps bear no resemblance to the details that I sculpted. (Please see screen shots). Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug? (I’m using ZBrush 4R7, P3, on a Mac., OS 10.10).
