HD Geometry causing pixelation

I’m working on a sculpt currently using HD geometry and it seems every time I leave HD mode and return or move to any area, the new area I go to has choppy pixelation all over. The worse part is that it compounds, so if I keep returning to an area it smooths and pixelates even more!

This problem is stopping me from detailing the model, any idea on why this happens?

Sorry, but I´m having the same problem.Did you fixed it? I don´t find information anywhere and I thoght may be you find something.
