Hello guys
I have a question about making holes in one of my subtools.
I made this object and then try to make a hole with 2 steps:
Step 1)using Cube3d and Sphere3d.
Step 2)using subtraction mode to subtract them one by one and finally dynameshing all of them.
Finally I had this object

The problem starts when I want to subtract this object from another object in my sub pallete tools
After trying to subtract it from another object I have this terrible result(you know all of the tools that I was trying to make holes existing yet and appeared in my new object)

What should I do to disappear my previous subtraction tools completely (because I used them to make holes in my foot). I don’t want them anymore.
