having problems with adaptive skin

Hey, im having some trouble when converting my sketch to an adaptive skin,
when i generate the polymesh 3d in some parts of the project appears some holes and carved parts, after i soften it appears to be broken parts impossible to erase or soften, i put some pics up to explain it better

p.d the biggest problem is between the arm and the chest of the model its just impossible to soften or erase that hole

How is this being created? Are you using a projection feature anywhere? If so, have you tried setting Tool>SubTool>PABlur to 8? That is necessary to get good quality projections in R3.

Hey thanks, are you talking about the pictures i uploaded?
i fond that PA blur but its inactive i dont know why

what im trying to solve is that i have the project in zspheres and im trying
to turn it into a polymesh using adaptive skin, when i convert it some holes
appear in some parts and between the arms of the model it appear a hole
that is imposible to soften , in the pictures i show also that in the legs between the hands also appear a hole

why is that happenning?
