Hi everyone, this is my first post and I’m relatively new to the awesomeness that is Z-Brush. I’ve been watching a crazy amount of tutorials, and recently started a sculpture using hard surface techniques.
I run into that basic issue when using clipping brushes that my mesh gets pushed down on a curved surface with overlapping edges as a result. In the tutorial series Hard surface sculpting by Mike Jensen, it seems the only way he addresses this issue is by doing a re mesh and then project all. This doesn’t seem to be working for me, and I end up spending way too much time trying to fix little overlaps which becomes sooooo frustrating.
Is there a better way to address this issue? Unfortunately I don’t have any images with me to post but I assume this is a common issue.
