I like it. Lots of expression in that hand. Did you do the entire model in ZBrush, or did you do the base in another program?
I hope you aint grabing yourself in the self portrait, cause its either that or your in some pain, by the pose. Or maybe just really heavy into opera. 
Nah just kiding. If the rest you doing is like this its gonna be top row for shure. Keep up the awesome work. 
looks really great. but do have a question about the pose. if you are gonna be throwing a slider or a fastball the fingers are questionably in position for two poses but in the other two the pinky is more in position of someone in pain or grabbing something other than a ball…your self-portrait…wondering about the changes is all…cuz it makes me more curious about your project.
having said that…great job so far…love the fingernails and
can’t wait to see the rest of the great work you will show us.

Good dramatic pose of the hand & render (Maya ?) …the pose of the little finger looks a bit to straight…more like a “cramp” then a natural position !

Thank you all for your comments!! The self portrait will be like a classical statue with me posing in a dramatic pose. There will be nothing in that hand, its just part of my pose. I will make sure to post more of the body parts as I get around to them.
