Hand sculpting and question

This is the 3D modeling issue.

I made a hand sculpting in Zbrush with subdivision level 4-5.
So I export the lowest level OBJ mesh to retopology.

Then I re-import the retopology lowest level OBJ hand mesh into my zbrush file.
However, the Zbrush can not match between the lowest level mesh and exist highest subdiv level mesh.

Is there any way to match the retopology lowest level to exist Zbrush subdivided mesh?
How can I transfer the UVmap structure of the low mesh into highest mesh??

Usually, I unwrap the UVmap before the sculpting by Zbrush. In this case, the highest level can get originally the UVmap of the lores mesh.
But what if, I start from the Zsphere or really basic mesh, how the clean UVmap can be matched to highst mesh?

(The poly structure is different btw Low mesh and High mesh)

You could import the new low-poly as a subtool, subdivide it to have sufficient geometry, and then use Project All to attempt to project any sculpted and polypainted detail from the sculpt to the new mesh. You might also want to save a Morph Target before the projection so that you can paint out any projection errors.

You are AWESOME!!!

Thank you very much!
