Guys question about the project all feature

Hi guys im was wondering about something. I m doing this model and im trying to take the detail from my high res sculpt and transfer to my fresh topology mesh. My workflow went like this, i sculpted first, took it to max and rebuilt it using the freeform tools. Now when i take it to zbrush and use the project all on the subtools tab it projects it with some terrible errors, but the thing is: most of my most gruesome errors happen on the right side of the mesh because the right side is slightly out of place. When i stiched my mesh on max and i welded the central vertexes my new topology mesh ended up slightly larger than my original sculpt, (i made sure all of them were on ‘‘0’’ on the ‘‘x’’ axis. so i had an idea and i would like to know if you guys think its viable: I want to project it, fix the left side which is practically perfect with the zproject brush and then apply a smart resym from right to left. I haven rigged it nor have a prepared the uvs so what do you guys think? can that action compromise my work in the future, this is my first character and i wonder would could be the painful implications of this method.

This is the Sculptris forum, there won’t be much answers here, but thank you for posting and proving my point on another issue !!!. However, as I recall, You don’t want Project all … you need to “bake” your details to the UV’s of the new mesh … this could be done with something like XNormal, or, if you watch the dynamesh video’s again, I believe there’s a clue to how this could be done with Zbrush using your retopo’d mesh.

thx a lot man
