Hello, everybody
Let me share my latest personal work with you.
This is Lyttrak, a cyberpunk orc.
Working on concept, facial expression, retopology, hard surface modeling, hair, painting, lighting, linear workflow, shading, rendering, compositing. Those are the aspects that were pretty much my first attempt to.
It still doesn’t have any pose because I’m still studying rigging in Maya, and didn’t want to pose by using Transpose Tool or Zspheres. Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure those features are very powerful in ZBrush, it’s just the matter of personal preference.
Let me know your thoughts about the result.
Thank you, guys.
Still have a lot to learn about many aspects of character creation, and this time my focus went to hair and shading a bit more.

Hello, everybody
Sharing with you another work that is still in progress.
My fan art of Ezio Auditore, from the game Assassin’s Creed.
Still a lot to do, but hope you like it.

Character made for the Cinematic Character Workshop, ministered by Gilberto Magno.
In order to learn more about surface detailing, for the skin (both head and hands) I didn’t use custom alphas, only the ones that comes with ZBrush.
For the fiber of the clothing I made some alphas in Maya to work as tileable bump textures.
Mari for hand painted skin textures, and a mix of procedural and hand painting for the clothing and assets.
XGen for hair and fur.
Arnold for shading using ALShader and rendering.
This was a huge learning experience and I highly wish to keep pushing myself to achieve better results in future works.
Hope you liked.
