I must have pressed a random key on zbrush and now all tools look like this:
Can anyone help me? Tried everything from checking render parameters, materials, etc.

Try pressing “V” - its for switch colors in Color menu… I often hit it.
Nope, none of the above worked.
Are you sure you don’t have “Flat” selected in the Render menu?
edit: I just noticed you have polyframe on so it won’t be that.
Maybe you should open a Support ticket or reinstall ZBrush.
