Graphite's HULK... (green nudity!)

So, heres my Hulk. Its based more on the comics Hulk rather than the movie versions. I’m still working on the clothing. I can’t seem to get the pants torn up properly without it looking like a bad pirate costume so I’m playing with a few ideas. Possibly doing a Planet Hulk version as well. I havent posted much here before but its been a big inspiration to see all the great work over the past year. Let me know what you think.
Thanks.

PS. the shader is a matcap I made through maya.

awesome work graphite! anatomy seems to be spot on. very inspirational!

Wonderful green nudity, though I won`t say that he is really sexy, ähem.
Very nice anatomy.

Superb and very sexy lol!

Great!
Hahah nice to see a hulk version without a bodybuilder look.
Maybe feet and but are a little bit strange.

Great form development, the counter pose is very nice and the shift in weight and tension look really good. the spinal flow and the compression and stretch through the torso are my fav spots… really good sculpt.

hahahha… he’s darn cool.
really nice work. great material too.

I love this take on the hulk, the pose combined with the facial expression show an almost child like mind behind the walking mass of muscle the hulk is. Great work

Weird feets, but it looks nice! :+1:

looks adorable, the hands or I should say backs of fingers could use some work. keep it up!

nice green dude…
great muscle and sexy form

Dude! This is awesome! I love the anatomy, love the wrinkles in the back as well. Nice weight on the models as well. Would you mind sharing your material? I think that thing is awesome, I would love a flat gray version of that shader.

Peace-NickZ.

This is awesome! Although I’m not sure if I wanted to see the hulk without clothes. The anatomy is great very unique for the hulk.

Btw where about Philly are you from? I used to go Uarts in Center City.

Beauthiful Hulk
side view (with clothes) he reminds me of Bruce Willis

Gorgeous, i really like your version of Hulk. I think the abs are a bit too obvious compared to his weight, but anyway it’s looking great

edit: oh and maybe also the feet could have been slightly shorter.

A very nice model. Nice anatomy (By the way, that’s not a comment on his anatomical correctness, but his muscularity) Good pose. I do think, the feet look a bit long, and the Hulk could stand to lose a few, but, overall, I really like it.

Thanks for all the comments. It’s nice to hear some feedback! I’ll agree the feet do need some work. They went through a few different poses and I dont think they ever caught back up to the rest of it.

NickZ - Here are the matcaps. The green version is here, I’ll post the grey one next. (Upload limits)
Womball - I live and work in center city. I’m a painter by profession, ZBrush is what I do when its raining and have no light to paint (like today).

And here’s the grey version.

thanks for the matcaps…
again, great stuff.

So you do know of Uarts! I just graduated from there. What type of painting do you do? Digital, traditional?
