Good stuff man, the .map converts ,changed my render times heaps …

heavy models render in about 6min instead of around 2hours ,it has made my life so much easier…,

Just ticking the “ask when opening” box in the colour management for cs2 has changed the displacement a lot , no more bloated models ,than I upped the contrast a lot to,

And by gee by crykeeey all my problems were fixed , thanks man for the advise I guess I wont have to yell at the monitor anymore , , well not today maybe tomorrow.

I need to ask , with the sea creature did you make the base model and do the uv’s in another 3d package?

Because I have know clues on how you would merge all the maps to create 1 displacement map, the uv maps that zbrush gives are so confusing….

Ok well iam off , ,I think I will take the old models I made In zbrush that crashed my computer ,and finally see them rendered

Hey Guys.

I’m really glad it worked! shooo! haha.

A_HUGHES… ye i created my uv’s in maya. that way when i create my displacement map it creates it where my uv’s are. So after i create each displacement seperately I take each map for each body part into photoshop and create one map.

It also lets me reach higher levels of detail cause your sculpting seperate parts of the body. Once you’ve created your merged displacement map you can edit the seems in zbrush. If there are any.

Woo. Thanks guys. His whatever you want him to be :smiley: Unfortunatly I ran out of time today to do teeth. Also the model wont handle it. its from a sphere. I’m hoping to just better my skill and imagination. I have a brick wall that never ends. hehe. Thanks for checking it out and replying :+1:

I can’t stop to look at these images, but more I look at these, more I die to do more zbrushing!!!
