GoZ ScaleProb between MAX/MAYA and Zbrush4r5

Hi
I created a head in Zbrush and used GoZ to Max/Maya for rendering in one of those packages. I noticed that I had to scale my objects in Max/Maya to get them in the correct scale. Once done, used Goz to go back to Zbrush and do some further refinements. BUT because of scaling the head in Max/Maya, the head in Zbrush is, compared to the brushsize, to large. Means: even if I use the biggest brushsize, the brush is like size 30 before scaling. UNIFY scales the head back in Zbrush, but then I have to scale it again in Max/Maya. This isn´t the correct way, right?
How can I get rid of this brushsize problem?
