GOZ Problems with Maya

Hello,

Can someone help me with these issues please

i’m having the following issues when moving meshes between ZBrush and Maya :

1- when i send a mesh (ex: body of my character) from zbrush to maya using goz , the mesh or whatever i’m sending’s position and size changes from what it originally was in Zbrush . this happens as well the other way around from maya to zbrush

2- i select my hand in maya and go to goz to copy it to zbrush the hand appears with the body of my character and other things as well (although i didn’t select any thing but the hand before clicking goz in maya)

if this helps i have a mac book pro with snow leopard

I’ve used both and I think they just interpret sizes differently but that shouldn’t be a problem as long as your meshes aren’t getting distorted. Check to see if your Maya meshes are grouped together, and they should just come into ZB individually without the other corresponding pieces
