Goz problem with sdiv resolution

Hello everybody i’m trying to export my sculpt from zbrush to maya i follow some tutorial but i have a issue with the sdiv resolution i can’t get the resolution low at 1 my button are locked can somebody help me with that? i try to create a texture map from polypaint and i get a very bad texture map every color is mixed and very bad!! here some screenshot
