GoZ problem with Modo

Hi All

I need some help. When sending a model from ZBrush to Modo, I get the name of the model in the Item list but no model, (0 polygons) and I get a message that says clipboard is empty. Using Z3.2, latest Modo (updated after this problem started) and OSX.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks

I’ll hitch my problem to this thread…
When I hit the GoZ button to launch Modo 302I get this error message:

Where is this mysterious python script that’s probably hidden in plain sight?

I’m bumping this because I’m having the same problem as the OP (no model showing up in modo)

It’s worked fine before and works with a default sphere, but for some reason it wont work on the model I’m working with right now.

Help?

EDIT: Good News! I think I’ve found a fix. It seems to be a scale issue similar to the one described by Maya users in the GoZ support thread.

In ZB’s Export options, change Scale to 1 & the X,Y & Z Offsets to 0. GoZ your model and it should now show up in Modo.

Oddly, I’ve never touched these settings before so I have no idea why this problem happens, but nevertheless this seems to fix it.

Yes, if the x, y, and z is set to ‘nan’, then you need to move the sliders away from center, and then back to center. It will change to 0 and should work.
