GoZ gets slower with more subtools (answered).

First of all, GoZ is great!
Now the problem :
I’m using it on projects with many subtools, and Importing my objects as subtools. Unfortunatly the more subtools I have, the slower it gets to use.
It seems that each time I execute GoZ it switches through all my subtools a few times really slowly before doing anything, I’m guessing maybe it’s checking the names or something? Is there any way to make it go faster?
Takes a few minutes to bring things into my scene once it gets complexe, makes for too many coffee breaks.

You are right, GoZ have to check the files first before doing its work, to be sure that you don’t have two subtools of the same name, which can be pretty easy in ZBrush. Unfortunately, there is no workaround to avoid this step.

Meh ok, thanks for the info.
Would be nice if in the future we could get a more complete set of options for GoZ, maybe have two scripts to send objects to Zbrush, the regular one, and a new one for sending new data, “Send new object to Zbrush” or something, that would just append it without checking names at all.
