The first render from my new rig. The transition to a 64bit environment has been great- especially having more RAM to play with in ZB.
cherub_rock- some of the uvs on the model are stacked inorder to save on texture space. Thereās only so much to play with since I restricted myself to squeezing everything onto 1 uv space and I needed to have enough resolution on the face so that it can still stand up in close proximity. The cloak being the size it is unfortunately had to have its uvs stacked.
Dryn- i agree with you. Not to happy about the noise, probably a result of having set too low a sampling rate in MR. Anyway its definitely improved in the new renders.
maxinkuk- kinda considering having it 3D printed.
AVBN5000- was working on Catwoman, though the design is actually based on a modern day Catwoman. But for now, I think I will start a new project and just work on Catwoman on an on/off basis.
Anyway a big thank you to everyone who took the time to critique and comment and thanks for all the support. Gonna start making something new.

So i was showing a friend this and we both agreed this was fantastic! Another cool concept we both realized almost at the same timeā¦is this looks like it would fit in a sherlock holmes era. That would be an interesting contest to try out. Put this type of style into the present day comic characters. These images are very inspiring is really the main point! This is a solid piece of work. My friends and I are eager to see more!
