I started this model for the latest Sculpting Challenge at threedy.com.
After finishing my entry I thought it would be cool to go all the way with it.

Polypainted and rendered in ZBrush. No photographs, no post effect, no Photoshop, just good old hand paint
I may eventually try to bake the colors into a texture, and render in Max/MentalRay, but for now I am happy with this skin shader and light setup that I made in ZBrush.
