Yup, it’s Goro. Only suggestion I have is maybe add more definition to his lower pectorals. Considering I have no living examples of 4-armed men that I’m aware of, I can’t give you a firm anatomical suggestion. So my imagination would suspect that the lower pectorals would have almost as much robustness as the upper pair. Granted they would not be shaped quite the same. I think as far as overall shape is concerned, you got the right idea. But as I was saying, maybe just a bit more definition or expansion. What you have is good though, and your guess is definitely as good as mine so sculpt to your heart’s content my friend!

Cool, cool. Definitely agree with you about the lower pecs. Will work on that next. Very much appreciate the response!!

love me some mortal kombat,i’ll be watching the progress, looks great so far!

It’s coming along very well. Maybe this other one Goro can help you with the musculature on the lower arms: http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?t=60859&page=8&pp=15&highlight=pedro+toledo

I like the faceted approach to your modeling. It’s different while still (mostly) maintaining the correctness of the anatomy.

@Anubis thanks. hope the end result will be to your liking haha

@Jramauri thanks. And I did see that one already. Thought his rendition was very well done. Used it for a little bit of reference. Good looking out tho.

@kevphil thanks. Wanted to keep the anatomy as believable as possible.

As soon as I saw the thumbnail I thought “Goro!!!” looking forward to more

nic work sankar…

You used the pinch brush to make veins huh? thats a different approach! I like it. Cant wait to see more!

The change on the pectorals is very slight, but looks about right to me. I agree, the faceted look is unique while still feeling believable. The veins are very important because they are a visual reference to power. Keep up the good work!

@d100763 Haha thanks. Glad you like it

@basantjoshi Thanks a lot. Appreciate the comment.

@Ctrl+S B4 U Save I actually didn’t. For his veins I used the Dam_Standard at a pretty low intensity. Thanks for the comment

@Jerick Appreciate the suggestion man. It does look like it makes more sense now. I’m pretty ok with the muscles for his chest, but the back is still bothering me. Will try and work it out some more.

Very much appreciate the comments. Thanks!!!

impressive progress, how many polys are you at now?

Thanks!! And I’m at 6.8 mil polys right now

trying out some color tests.

looks great, how far are you planning on taking it? posed? full render?

To be very honest, I never even planned to get this far. It started off as practice, a break from my other projects, and things just kinda picked up. I would love to have it posed, rendered, or even animated. It will have to wait tho until my other projects are completed.

Thanks for the reply!!
