Hey all…now that Z3 has totally enveloped your world and mine for sure…lol I decided to go back to z2 models and pose them a bit…the far left zombie is a new one I am working on a bit, but the other two are z2 monsters…part of my original posing problem was that I was not using the masking before I moved limbs …or at least attempted to…definitely learning a bit for sure…especially that I will from now on model in the spread eagle rather than from a squatted figure…lol straightening out the legs took me a bit and then I found that I have to go back and smooth out and resculpt the mesh around the limbs…and that masked areas have to be masked well, or little bits and pieces from a poorly masked area will give you very strange results, like spikes appearing out of no where.
I still havent pushed the Order button yet for my new computer, so I am still workign with my old Pentium III with 512megs of ram…it handles z3 ok…and I have achieved about 850K models without too much difficulty…doesnt bog down too bad…
Finding alot of relearning/new learning/ refreshing and head on table banging, moments currently…lol…but it’s all good in the end. Too bad some of my favorite z2 mats and lights are pretty much worthless to me now…grrrr
Have a great week ahead.
