How do I gofrom ZBrush to Maya as low res …, yet keep High Res on the model?

You would create displacement and/or normal maps to capture the high resolution detail. Those get applied to the low res model in your other app so that the low-res model renders as if it has all the high res details.

I Thank you for the info…, now my next Q…, if I continue to model in maya after this…, lets say I do the blend shapes for the eye…, does this affect the render?

As long as you don’t add or take away any geometry than the you are fine. Obviously the blend shape will stretch or reshape whatever you set it to but the displacement or normal map will still work. Just don’t delete or add any geometry. Apparently GoZ sort of allows you do change geometry on the fly but I have a PC and therefore haven’t been able to see what it does yet.
