Gods of Rome - Game Characters

Hi there !
I worked on the gameloft’s mobile game “Gods of Rome” and wanted to share the 3D assets here.
Final assets’s tricount are below 20k tris and it have 2 x 2k maps sets, 2 x 1k maps sets.
High Res Mesh are rendered with max and Vray.
Low Res Mesh are rendered with Marmoset Toolbag.

Art Direction : Pascal Barret
Concept : Alexandre Chaudret, Thomas Brissot, Vivien Chauvet
Ingame integration : Madrid team

If you haven’t already made it to the top row, you will. :+1: My only crit would be for the Atlas character, and I guess its more of a critique on the concept. But I feel the arm carrying the giant spherical weapon could be slightly bigger than the other. Just my personal opinion again. Superb all the way around . :slight_smile:

@truubluu : We discussed a bit about that arm with concepts designers and we finally thought that the ball’s and the hammer’s weights were close enough to not scale his right arm up. Maybe he could have a better silhouette :wink:

These are all amazing. Great inspiration!

@Rozi fair enough. :+1: You can tell with your sculpts that it took a collective effort to make them look that great! NOICE Job on the top row, Stevie Wonder could have seen that one coming’:slight_smile:
