First I would like to say, great work on the re-modeling. Did you use the newest 3ds max with the retopology tools? Or did you just model it the old fashioned way extruding?
I am also curious to know how long it took you to re-model this guy?

Looks sweet so far,but you asked for lil help on his design so I will try with this pic,you know to me that character from distance looks kinda regular and not interesting enough,it really needs more work on silhouette,his gun looks basic cylinder shape,just see pic below it shows what I think would make good balance with your elemetns,some are sharp some boxy and very little circular ones hope this pic will help a lil,sorry for my english:)

IMHO, I think nellementâs suggestions for making him even more dynamic are excellent.
Zicarious, I think youâre great a pulling off character designs that could go so wrong, but with the style you give them, they end up so dang dramatic.
