This is my latest project, “Ghoul,” where I wanted to challenge myself with organic sculpting and dark fantasy anatomy. For this character,
I followed a standard PBR pipeline to make it a game-ready model.
The hair was created using the real-time hair card method to keep it optimized for games. I also added a basic rig to check the skin weights and pose the character for the final presentation. The original concept was inspired by reference found on the internet.
