Hi there, im new around here, and using zbrush too 
I’ve been modeling a head for use in 3dsmax 2009 everything was ok… until i had to generate the normal map… it just doesn’t work
and i have no idea what is going on. here is some pics.

the base model I made it on 3ds max. with uv’s.
I didnt have problems creating a polypaint in zbrush and exporting it as an bmp, it works well with the uv’s… but as you can see. i doesnt work with the normal map generation 
any idea of what is happening? and how can i fix it? thanks in advance
