I really like the concept and so far the work is looking great!

Thank you very much Clintus. I think the concept is really awesome too bro. I will try to find out who the artist is and let you know.

So here is how the little guy came out

Final tweaking on the alien and a quick keyshot render

By the way I found who the awesome artist is!!! his name is Anthony Jones aka RobotPencil. Here is a link to his awesome portfolio on devianart, make sure to check it out, some great concepts to play with

Hey there !!!
I wasn’t around only for a month and look what happened here! You’ve Come a REALLY Long way Congrats bro.
By the Way Whats this materials name on that GORGEOUS creature of yours?

Welcome back Heller_93!!! And thanks a lot for you comment man!!! it encourage me to keep pushing bro

That render is made in keyshot and the material is the skin2 with some tweaking to change the color and add a more exagerated sss and also a powerful specular intensity. Hope that helps bro.

Well here is this weeks homework, hope you like it. the concept is really awesome, from the same guys of the alien, Anthony Jones aka RobotPencil.

Tkx Bro for the mini tut Really appreciate it.
and for the new project so far its very good let’s see what you will do in the last stage of detailing!(Whispering–I’m Optimistic !)

The forms you have on the model are great but I have to say the gesture is kinda poor. He looks very rigid especially in the head area where it looks like he’s hunched/slightly slouching forward. Take a look at Tim Appleby’s sagat sculpt: http://badpolygon.com/?portfolio=wip-realtime-sagat

You get a lot more sense of strength in the character. Apart from that, nice job!

Hi guys I´m back again for more!!

T0rch- Thanks a lot for the crit bro. You are very right about that, it´s really hard to get a nice gesture, at least for me, so I´ll work that out. Thanks a lot for the ref man.

I´m keeping practice so this weeks assignment is really hard, it´s based in one of the sculptures by Gian Lorenzo Bernini. This one is from the Cardinal Scipione Borghese. I´ll put a little more work on that tomorrow, so if you have crits please let me know to work them out!!!
