Hi

This is a question for the ZBrush support team only.

I and many others have seen the news regarding the upcoming 3.5 version

This was posted on the 13th August 2008, which is now over 7 months ago.

Do you not think that you owe it to your users to now give some information regarding this alleged update? is it going to happen?, why it hasnt been released?, and if it is going to be released?, when? and what feature set is it going to bring?

To post information on the update, and to not give any more information regarding it for so long, gives the impression, that you couldnt actually give a dam about your user base.

Your users need this information to plan future purchases and workflow.

I for one would like some more information, and I have created a poll so all your userbase can either indicate that they agree with the above comments or not.

So, just to recap, please nobody respond to this email, as its for the Zbrush support team, but if you wish to vote then please do so.

Hi.

I understand your frustration. However, this is ‘ZBrush’ and that means ‘Power’ and ‘Flexibility’. Updates happen when they happen and we are all grateful for the advances.

Patience. Patience.

3.1 works very well.

The new version will arrive … eventually.

And then … we will all complain about the next version. When? When?

History repeats. Always.

No complaints, but a public bulletin would be nice. Just to keep us ZBrushers informed. I for one am interested in the obstacles and challenges of creating software like ZB.
