I am just making sculpture and I would like to make nicer transition from eye to eyelids…
I do have geometry behind the eye… is there a function to conform that geometry to the eye subtool? Or maybe is there a better way?
Also I can not find any more the function that merges all subtools to a watertight objects (that will mess up my topology, right?)
Thanks
Yes, you can use the ZProject brush. Just select the brush from the Brush palette, turn off RGB, turn on ZAdd, and paint over the eyes. Both the eyes and the head need to be visible, with the head the selected subtool.
The Weld button in the SubTool palette affects how subtools are merged. It’s main purpose is to enable subtools that have been created using Groups Spilt to be welded back into whole geometry.
