Full Screen isnt full screen?

So I’m new and still learning the ropes so forgive me if this is a nooby question. I’m having an issue where even when I try to enable full screen in Zbrush, I still get window borders where I can see my desktop. When I initially open the border is at the top, if I toggle between windowed and full screen or minimize and full screen after opening the window border just moves to the bottom and right edges of the screen. I’ve never had this problem until Zbrush crashed the other day and now it keeps happening and I don’t know how to fix it.

I looked around and only found one post on the polycount forums about it where they said they fixed it by enabling compatibility mode for Windows 7 but I’ve tried this and it hasn’t fixed it.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

It’s a little hard to see but it’s just a white border on the right and bottom sides of the screen. It’s window borders where I can drag the window size even when I’m supposedly in full screen which is really frustrating.

I have this problem only when something changes the resolution of my monitor, games for example do that a lot. I have to reboot my computer to make the problem go away, this has happened with more than one computer.
The icky bit is that when I first fire up ZBrush after something has done this, it looks fine, but if I minimise its window and open it back up its screwed up like what’s in your screenshot.
Basically try rebooting, if its still doing it after that, theres a good possibility that you have some start up process messing with your monitors resolution.
