Frank Castle

Hello everyone, this is my first post on the forums. Ive been looking at the work on here for quite a long time now and have decided to try my hand at it. Although I have used Zbrush in the past, its only been for very minor things like folds or general wear on objects. So as far as Im concerned this is my first attempt at a proper model.

I tried to do my interpretation of Frank Castle, better known as The Punisher. I saw him as an older guy pushing 50 who has seen alot of crap go down. I tried to present the sculpt in a realistic fashion but still try and keep some of the super-hero character in themodel (hence the massive neck;)). Anyways hope i havent embarresed myself too much, let me know what you all think and how I can improve on future sculpts!

thanks so much!!!

PS,I did a quick render to show it in perspective as I prefer that over the Iso view of Z, unfortunatly my final zbrush model didnt like to export at the highest level of detail:confused: so I had to go one down, hence the details arent what they should be. Is there a perspective camera in Z?

Looking good. Can’t really help with you question but it looks good. I like the perspective view as well.

I think its nice. I didnt see it as punisher untill you said something, i thought it was just a old roughed up man. Kinda looked more like marv (sp?) from sin city.

keep up the good work!

edit: after looking at it again, it looks nothing like marv lol sry i was way off.

just wanted to show an image with the neck visible in perspective:D
