Hi SadamHu, thanks for your comment!
Yes i used Zbrush to create the grayscale image using Standard brush with only rgb on, and a plane 3D as canvas. It’s great to use symmetry on to search new designs in a really FAST way, then i go in PS to add colors etc using layers.
I hope to find the time to sculpt the cnpt girl, i like her shape and pose too  but still needs some details, colors and new ideas over her, before i start to model…

Great new experiments/concepts - the latest in particular, look forward to seeing that one develop :+1: .

Hey Fracture…
I really like what your doing in the quicksketch feature in Z Brush…Inspired me to give it a try once more…Great for making mandala’s when the symitry is kicked up to 20…using the Z setting…
Anyway, thanks for the inspiration, and keep up the great experiments and works…:+1:
CHEERS

Etcher,Spirit: Thanks to you my friends!
The lady of the last post is the first on my list to try a 3D version…but i need more ideas to detail the suit, maybe i will find it just playng
So, 2 hours of fun:

the last one its amazing!!!

Man this is such a great thread I’m so glad I found this.

fun fun - I am just getting into the reverse value painting - black to white vs. white to black - it is so powerful

Hi guys!

@Aberrant: thank you!
@filoppo: thank you man, you are very talented and i think the same concerning Italy , maybe we can have a talk and find a way to leave this place ASAP
@lucaswschmidt@:thank you for your words, i hope you can find inspiration for your work!
@hosch: yeah man, great fun and great ways to find what is hiding in our heads!

Another concept i made without sym, using the powerful standard brush: in my opinion it’s a REAL hairbrush

The last one posted…GREAT example of LESS = MORE, and aslo of the power of color to evoke EMOTION, not only in the piece itself, but also in the viewer.
Love the way you have left something for my own imagination to figure out and enjoy…
POWERFUL and BEAUTIFUL WORK…Fracture…:+1: :+1: :+1: :+1: :+1:
CHEERS :+1:

I really like the last one here, she’s got a great expression, the the painting just looks really sweet
One thing though, I think you should try to render them a bit sharper, they all look a bit blurry, of cause just a suggestion, and again great work man :+1:

Definitely like this one - takes me back to the genre that started it all for me - Conan the Barbarian back in the early 70s. Love to see this one sculpted out and in a final environment with awesome lighting and texturing:).

I plan to do a Kull piece as my next project. Cool stuff!:+1:

Love this last one. Very old school fantasy to it’s style.

oh nice

I think they are blurry because he’s subdividing a plane and painting on it. I really like what your doing, its pretty awesome.

Hi everyone!

It’s been a long time from my last post, i was very busy for my first contact with the big industry: Ubisoft Milan wanted me as character artist and i’m working at Motion Sports, one of the first game using Kinect system…
@SpiritDreamer,-Storm-,hosch,nimajneb,Black,SadamHu(you’re right):I want to say a big thanks for your comments!

Just a little test on the new SSS material of Zb4, i hope you like it:

The first is SSS material as you can render using the rhino demo project, the third is my favourite matcap material, in the middle one fusion in PS with AO and Shadows pass in addition…

…another test using spotlight and SSS… the 3D model is just a sketch, i blurred face and fake hair using dof map … but i’m learning little by little something new from ZB4
