forgot simple zbrush tequnique, please help!

hi folks

I haven’t used zbrush a several months and there was a technique i used before, and I really need it now, but I forget how to do it.
it’s a texturing technique.
you have your model, and then you can “stamp” a poly plane with an image on it, ONTO your model, and then warp and push around that image so it fits perfectly, then then the image is converted into geometry color on your model.
if this sounds familiar, please let me know the process of how it’s done exactly, or possibly to a video tutorial or something? THANKS SO MUCH, i feel like a fool for forgetting.

  1. Use Projection Master to drop the model.
  2. Draw a Plane3D and apply your image to it. Position it so it’s in front of the mesh.
  3. Turn off Zadd.
  4. Turn off Transform>Modifiers>Xyz and then turn on X and Y.
  5. Use Brush>Move to massage the plane into shape.
  6. Exit edit mode.
  7. Use PM to pick the model up again.

Voila:

Had the movie on my HD so i could search for the name on zbc and find the original thread. Havent tried it myself yet (still practising sculpting) but it sure looks like a great technique.
