Recently I´ve been comissioned to sculpt a foot and this is the process for this piece.
Quick 3D sketch just to have an idea and then I was ready to scult it. The final picture is just a plaster copy, but other copies were made with other materials. Great learning for me!

If you already had it created in ZBrush why not just output it on a 3D printer and save all the sculpting?
I can just concur with Santis, just outrages and totally love it aswell
