so good ! hope there’s more to see!
Thank you Xada
Cool character! I love the shapes!
Thanks Dylan,
So I think I’m going to call this one finished for now, This was the project I worked on for the Mold3D class, Creating Appealing Characters with Dylan Ekren, if you haven’t signed up, I’d highly recommend it, it really helped me improve on my modelling techniques and practices.
Here are some progress screen caps. You can see an example of one of Dylan’s draw overs as well.

You’ve gone fancy with your knee caps and I’m loving it
The legs on the Fluffy girl have a definite Ekren flare.
Fluffy may have her shoes on the wrong feet again but utterly forgiven for being so damned sassy.
Getting it on with your straights and curves and a bias for the female form .
Loving the work.
It’s always nice to read your comments boozy floozie, always constructive with a little wit. Thanks for the comment
Man these are great, back when this place was hopping you would have had three pages of comments. I especially love the face and shoes on dread dude.
Thanks @bakedbeing, I agree the critiques are not what they used to be, I’m curious to know how many users interact on this site in total. I like interaction on pieces, but it’s lacking on here for some reason compared to a few other forums.
Which forums do you like to visit? Thanks!
ps. Love the work. I’m in the artistic anatomy class currently. Want to do Dylan’s class in the future!
I just use this forum at the moment.
Lovin those shapes man! Looking forward to more characters in this style!
Thanks buddy appreciate the comment
Great work!
Through your work I have now discovered Dylan Ekren, who I now know worked on Big hero 6 and now I want to learn his technique or making characters!!!
Giving serious thought to enrolling on his course
You really should enroll in his course everyone who has done it keeps recommending it highly. I learnt sooooo much.
Another dude I worked on, the character was originally designed by myself, and I got a great artist friend of mine to give the character a pass with his style, so what you see here is mash up of our individual inputs. His name is Freddy Carrasco if anyone is interested.

This was the initial pose, but I pushed it more to get to the final image, taking a bit more care in the overall shape, silloheutte and negative space, among other things.

This was the direction I was heading in, before Freddy gave me his draw over.
