Flatten textures to polypaint?

Hi guys,

I have a quick question regarding textures and polypaint. I have a character with various subtools, some polypainted, some I have UVed and painted textures for in photoshop. The current workflow we’ve been using here is to export the character with polypaint as an obj and then bake that to our low poly character and UVs in topogun, then tighten that map up in photoshop. This is the first time we’ve actually applied texture maps directly in Zbrush. Is it possible for me to ‘flatten’ the subtool textures that I have so that they become polypaint on the subtool so that I can export out as an obj? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

texture>import

tool>texture map>apply texture (big button)
tool>polypaint>polypaint from texture

depending on your settings you may need to flip the map vertically
texture>flipV
