fixing uv seams

hi guys. i’m working on a human model,
i’ve been modelling/sculpting a human body to use in maya exporting from zbrush displacement and normal maps. Unfortunately i’ve been having problems with the uv seams present on the color, on the normal map and in the displacement map how can i fix this problem??
can anyone help me??
