Fixing Bad Topology After Dynamesh Subtract?

Hi guys,

So I have figured out how to do the Dynamesh subtract (THANK YOU FOR THE HELP ON THAT), but am now having topology issues. Is there anyway to maintain the edge loops for a clean cut on an organic sculpt? Below are a few close ups of the eye area of the sculpt before and after Dynamesh subtracting the eye ball.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
