What brush is best to pull out fingers on a inflated mesh, I tried many, but can not seem to pull out a mesh for fingers. I tried the move tool, but that is so general, I tried to lower my brush size, but that only pulls a pointed mesh.?
You can adjust the Move brush Curve to change the profile.

The groom lengthen and move both topological and elastic work well.
I would mask off an area on your lowest subdivision and use the transpose move tool.
