Yes it was sculpted in pose no symmetry. With the cloth I set up a basic geometry in maya then did a quick cloth sim to get the basic shape then finished it in zbrush.

Very well could be to large I did not have any reference for the pose, it is just general anatomy and a lot of looking at Bernini sculptures.
