I have been using fibermesh in Zbrush 4R3 to create hair for a character. When I render the model in ZBrush the hair is exactly how I want it. I have been able to export it and import it into maya 2012 and then convert the fibers into curves. The problem comes when trying to replicate the quality settings I used from ZBrush. Everything changes, the color, the thickness of the hairs, etc. I was wondering if there was anyway you could import the fibers into maya and still keep the render settings used from zbrush. Thank you!
