Started playing around with fibermesh and created something that I exported. When I did I realized that Zbrush does not “cap” the ends of the fibermesh model (the end of the strand, not the beginning). I had played with the width profile and unless the end of that profile is a 1 you get an open mesh. Is there a way to have Zbrush close this?
Thanks Doug. Although when I restarted Zbrush and made another model with fibermesh I no longer had the problem, the ends were closed. Unfortunately, when exporting those ends are not connected, so UV’s are not right when the ends are merged.
