Hi there. The Groombrushes are supposed to be used with Fibers right?
But everytime I use it, the brushes seem to pull the roots of the fibers toward the camera.
Has anyone encounterd the same problem or has even found a solution?
Hi,
when you press Accept, a sub-tool of your fibres is created. Go to the sub-tool pallete & select the fibres layer you created - you should now be able to groom to your hearts desire
Sammy!!
Hi, I hope we refer to the same problem. When you have the hair groomed down (left picture) and then you groom it down from the side view with the groom hair long brush by example, the roots of the hair get raised to the camera (right picture). Try to lower the value of the front collision tolerance slider (Brush palette -> Fiber Mesh). I hope that helps.

Thanks Nold and Sammy.
Nolds answer was what i was looking for. Great man.
But why did Pixologic make such a weird presetting for the groombrushes.
With standart settings it is simply not possible to create any decent hair.
I hate when such a great software has such simple stupid little flaws that make work impossible unless you spend hours on the internet to find the simple solution.
We should have a dedicated thread somewhere with fibermesh tips. I just screen capped that solution reply with the pic for my own future reference.
