Something I’ve been noodling with of and on for awhile in my spare time. Maya and zbrush with pshop for texturing. Of course crits and comments are totally welcome.
Really fantastic work mate. Very realworld look about her. Some models tend to look way to perfect, you also get people adding wrinkles and then make the face asymmetrical etc to compensate for this but they often overcompensate. You’ve got it dead on in my opinion 
Only crit is that her right iris looks a little irregular in shape. Anyone confirm this, it could just be me?
Nice. Sorta incomplete, but I heard tell from a fella concerning another fella that some prefer them incomplete. 
Great realism, I told everyone years back, we didn’t need people, we can make people! It’s easy, and you don’t need non-a-that biology nonsense.

I agree with angelstein’s remark about the iris. It might just be the single shot though. My only crit is that her eyes look a bit too glassy/wet. Looks like water’s just about to pour for days from them.

Yeah Jason, I hear you. I myself am one of the “if you want real take a picture crowd” to much emphasis is put on realism these days but some times it’s hard to sell style to the people with the money:evil: But I’m just trying to show some flexibility in my reel so…
The eye’s are too big for the head for a start. Hint about boobs as well most females have one boob slightly bigger than the other. And the left hand eye seems to be a bit bigger than the other.

As far as the eyes being too big, I dunno I kind of think thats her character.
Still going to fix the iris and the wetness though.
Yes the human body is asymetrical but I’m not planning to have here running around topless so I don’ know if I’m going to put effort into that, but you are correct about that, hell my left one is bigger then my right.
I’ve known women with eyes that big, it’s not so much they have big eys, as a very small frame and head to go with it, making their eyes look extraordinarily large, same goes for those perfect tits! Some women are just lucky to have a near perfect matching pair :eek:
Beautiful work, I do think the eyes are too big, even if it’s her character, just make them slightly smaller and they’ll still be plenty big. I really love the texture, it’s beautiful, BEAUTIFUL! Keep it up and keep us posted. Do you intend to add more body parts? If so, how will you do that?
Blast you all now ya all got me geekin’ about the eyes:eek: I guess I’ll have to do a couple of tests. She’s going to be a spy of some sort not sure if I’m going to go slinky or stealthy yet. Definitely not a kitten though.
I think the eyes look alright, although smaller would increase the realism even more. If you do change the eyes just the eyelids should be brought inward more at the outter edges. I do like the large eye look, so I think its fine the way it is, that’s up to you to decide what you want to do. You still need some bumps on the nipples though.

Eyes look fine, so does that fact they aren’t the same.
All these computer geek modelers forget that little in life has symmetry like a computer generated object. Symmetry is unnatural. Perfect form is unnatural. What is so wrong with letting a persons creative ideas flow? Why does everyone want to correct it? All of you are hereby banned from all museums, gallery’s and any other hallowed ground that houses an individual’s creativity!
Next you’ll all want my Varga’s prints to correct the inhuman leg proportions!

I ain’t no computer geek modeler, far from it! A wonky shaped iris is something I’ve never encountered in my life! Have you?
It may be the angle/perspective or something that makes it look this way, but I’m sure it is a little wonky. The iris texture looks stretched out of shpe slightly?
There’s nothing wrong with pointing out a slight flaw, especially in work such as this! I was only trying to help :rolleyes: It only stands out because of the consistent quality of the rest of the model.
You are both right! mirroring saves time but the result is a whole lot of vanilla. The human brain is geared to recognize and seek out symetry, the birds do it and the bees do it as well. Seen studies done on this (that thing about what makes someones face attractive and the ilk) But I don’t think mother nature was working with the miniscule tolerances that are available to us today 
. Both eyes are the same, I think it’s just the angle, but the right iris texture does have a stretchy thing goin on and I plan to fix it tomorrow. I have a porfolio over at CG with a different angle if you care to take a look. Loove Varga by the way, Petty to.
Thankfully you obviously have the strength of character to take critcism in your stride Some peoples ego’s simply can’t take it. So your obviously no big head either 
I wasn’t really criticising anyways, it was just an observation. I think your work is great, and look forward to updates and fresh works you will hopefully(?) post for us in the future
Quite one of the most beautiful and artistic forms I have seem lately. I don’t have any problem with the eyes at all. Rather my only humble suggestion is to give the hiar more life, body, volume…it just seems rather flat on the head. And based on my personal experience if there is one thing that women notice before anything else it is their hair.
