Fear to change the mesh, Pixo?

Hi, I’m experimenting with new clip brushes, and I understand that Zbrush “supposse” that we’re working adding detail to a base mesh, and from there that clip brushes doesn’t clip anything, more well, it “crushes” the mesh till get new shape, but all leaves unordened.

But, the truth its that a lot of times, the best should be finish the sculpt and then, start lowing the levels till the lowest with enought detail to be animated, delete lower than this, and continue working from there, I mean, a lot of times, we extract the “base” mesh directly from the finalized sculp, so, then, why fear to add/extract polygons?.

We should take the ability to tell at Zbrush when it can add/remove polygons or not, and Zbrush should have the ability to understand it without fear.

I understand this type of brushes is more for retouch a border than for get a piece of something, but still… I don’t know, maybe the name with which you presented the tool get confuse my own idea about this.

Perhaps you gonna leave the add/delete polygons, change topology, for sculptris, I dont know…
